A word of advice...

... when you haven't been to the gym in almost two years you might want to take it easy to start instead of going at your first few workouts like you're training for an olympic powerlifting competition. The result of which is you not being able to extend your arms past 90 degrees for three days. I learn these things the hard way so you don't have to.

I eliminated this problem. I don't work out at all.
See? Easy fix.

Mack, I find this surprising since with your physique, I thought you lifted at least three times a day. Maybe if you stayed off of the Balco juice and got in the gym you would not be sore.

can you still twist and shout? That's the important question.

Rachel-You might be on to something there

Tony-I know it's hard to imagine that withmy obvious physical prowess I'm not a major gym rat, but it's I haven't been in a while

Mike-Come on, no amount of working out is going to prevent that, I would have to have both arms in casts, and I'd still manage to find a way.

I find working out goes much better with a few beers prior to and after it.
