It's going to be pretty slim pickings in China for a while. Seriously, 30 million more men than women. It guess that means it's a good time to be a girl in China. That is of course consider you are actually born. The whole one child rule and gender inequality thing, leading to massive abortions and adoptions of girls. makes just being born a win in itself. And then it's a veritable meatmarket of Chinese dudes to pick from. Those guys are definitely going to have to drastically lower there standards though. And I hope you're bringing your A game, because you are a dime a dozen friend.

It's going to end up being like prison over there.
Mike, are you insinuating that there is going to be a movement of gay chinese men? Do you think that the men that can't get any will go to the "other side"
I might move to china once I get my degree. Even us fat chicks will get love ;)
Anthony, I was just making a joke, but 30 million extra men walking around not getting any? I wouldn't be surprised it they started finding love where ever they could. That is one hell of a sausage fest.
Chinese women are going to evolve to have four vaginas.......or men are just going to have to be careful with the soap.
Some interesting numbers from the CIA factbook about China....
Sex Ratio
at birth: 1.12 male(s)/female
under 15 years: 1.13 male(s)/female
15-64 years: 1.06 male(s)/female
65 years and over: 0.91 male(s)/female
total population: 1.06 male(s)/female (2006 est.)
I appreciate the concept that it's going to be good to be a girl, but it's not going to be that bad for the guys. If you're between 15-64, then there are 17 guys for every 16 girls. Out of a random sampling of 17, I'm fairly confident I could manage not to be last...
Good point, I didn't really think about that, I guess when you're dealing with a billion people a 30 million person difference isn't as outrageous as it sounds on the surface.
You will probably see a lot more women go to China for a semester or a year in college.
At least they make good noodles ... and chinese food.
Looks like that whole mail order bride market is going to have a boom in China. See, Wall Street was right when they predicted strong Asian markets.
